do i need new injectors or a new chip?

im dropping a 350 into my s-10. and i have a 305 tpi setup. this is not a sick motor, just a stock rebuild. i'de be lucky if i pushed 300 horse out of it. i was just wondering that if the only thing diff is displacement, then the maf is gonna see more air and hold the injectors open a little longer to compensate (essentially as if the 305 it thinks its on is just breathing a little better).
do i need to replace my 305 chip with a 350 chip? and do i really need bigger injectors on a mild motor?
19lbs per hour x 2 x8 injectors multipled by 80% duty cycle = 243hp. oops. i thought that would come out higher. i guess i do need bigger injectors, but what about the chip and what year injectors interchang? a guy offered me 24 lbs off an lt1 for 40 bucks .

The 24#/hr injectors are OK for your 350, IF they are is excellent condition. Also, you should get a 350 chip and an AFPR to help getting things dialed in.

No. An FMU can control fuel rate at every rpm, the afpr will keep a constant pressure behind the injectors.

To get it running properly, get a 350 chip and change the injector constants to match your injectors. You would only need to change one number in the chip. Also, to get full potential from the engine, you should get into tuning, check out the DYI Prom board.

FWIW...24#/hr injectors are plenty big enough for a 350. Just as an example I ran 24#/hr injectors on a 406 with 58psi and they kept up fine. Just get yourself a AFPR and you will be fine for that motor.
