When the Integrator value is above 128, you are running "Lean".

What are your BLM values at the same time you are reading the Integrator values. This will help determine what Lean condition your car is running.

I'm asuming you're getting a code 43 for the ESC and you're checking the voltage at the ESC module (Pin B). Ignition on, Disconnect the ESC Module, check the voltage from the ESC connector tyerminal "B" to ground. If this is what you are doing and you're reading "0" volts, then you have an OPEN in that terminal "B" wire. Which is wire #439(Pink/Black). That wire runs to A6 on the ECM. Do a continuity check just to make sure.

I did another test and my Integrator was at 140 and my block learn was at 158, the IAC position was at 36. This is all in closed loop.

So what's the question? Scanned data is great, but without knowing what kind of problem you're having we can't help much. Is it throwing any codes, or were you just scanning it for fun when you noticed the high readings?

The INT and BLM readings mean the ECM is adding fuel to compensate for a lean condition. Vacuum leaks come to mind, although I wouldn't think the IAC would be open that far with a vac leak. It's still the first thing I'd check though.....dirty injectors would be my second guess at the cause of the high BLM. Both of these are just WAGs since I don't know what the actual problem is. Also what exactly do you mean by "ESC is zero?" Zero volts? Zero degrees of knock retard? Zero degrees of spark advance?

More information man....we need more information.

Sorry about the lack of info I was posting this fast when I did it heres the problem, When the car is cold it will idle at about 500-600 RPM and will try and stall if you dont give it any gas. When the car is warm in closed loop, The idle is a little rough and when you try to accelerate it will hesitate.

I checked the Manifold Vacuum and it is at 10-12 when cold and at 18-20 when warm.
The Fuel Pressure when warm is 38 PSI

There are no codes which is why this is confusing. It was until I changed a few things. It said MAF and ESC module are bad I replaced both.

Heres what I did already: New MAF sensor, New ESC Module, New Fuel Filter, Full Tune Up, New O2 Sensor, Cleaned the Throttle Body and IAC, and the Timing

At 1000 RPM the integrator is at 140 the BLM is at 158 the IAC position is at 36 The O2 crosscounts fluctuate between 1 and 4
the ESC is at zero, on the computer thats all it reads for the ESC, it goes ESC-0

Sorry again about the lack of information. thank-you for your help
