which sounds better?

lt1, Trick Flow 23* aluminum heads, LT4 Hotcam, Trick Flow 1.6 roller rockers, BBK 52 mm throttlebody, coated Hooker headers with the AIR lines removed, 25lb injectors

or

HSR, Slp Headers, Trick Flow 23 Heads,zz4 cam, 25lb injectors, TF roller rockers, BBk 52 mm TB

are the roller rockers and the throttlebody really a good bang for its buck especially since im trying to spend least as possible how much gain do you think i will see from these setups on a 89' pontiac trans am 350 tpi and is stock and how much u think it will cost i was lookin at around 3 g

The only differences between the two that I can see are the Stealth Ram versus the LT1, the header selection, and the ZZ4 versus the LT4 cam. Since the LT1 intake was the pattern for the Stealth Ram, go with whatever is cheaper. The HSR is a larger plenum, short runner, detuned intake - Just like the LT1. I wonder where they got that great idea?

The big difference is the cam. With an LT1 intake (or the clone) you can do better than either of those selections.

A 52 mm TB will provide very little improvement at a large cost. That's not a good HP/$ ratio, and can always be done later with only a few bolts and no internal work. I'd hold off on th eexpensive TB and put the cash into a cam, springs, and rockers.
