Does this look like a bad intake gasket?

I have been having problems with idling and i think it's a vacuum leak. This kinda reasures my idea but i was wondering what you guys think? The circled area looks like a torn gasket maybe?

Spray some starter fluid or something else flammable on it with the engine running. If idle jumps, it's a vacuum leak.

unfortunatly i can't start the engine right now. The plenum and runners are removed for polishing. This is how i noticed the possible bad gasket. What do you think about that circled area though? Suspicious to me.

Looks like crap leaking oil and all. I would replace it if it's already half the way taken apart.

yeah kinda what i was thinking. All i would need to do is take the fuel rails off and then the intake. and it was no fun taking it down this far i would hate to have to do it again.

Kinda funky looking.
Pull the intake and replace the gaskets.
Port the intake.
Powdercoat everything.
Re-install it.

Take pics and post them.

easier said than done, especially when i only got a couple weekends left to work on it and I'm on a college budget. I also just burned my dremel up today porting the runners.
