Running way too lean

My car tends to lean out badly sometimes but i am not getting any trouble codes so what could be the problem? gas i use (92 octane) bad sensor?

under idle but i fixed it...... it turns out speed density blows under cold weather conditions

I got a air/fuel ratio gauge i also got a vac/boost gauge on my A-pillar

...And extreme hot weather. And at higher altitudes. And....

Well, you get the idea. It was a good stop-gap, but you can see why the factory went back to MAF in '93.
