Hey guys, my friend has a 350 TPI, and i dont think it is out of a camaro, but it has TPI, and he is going to be selling the motor to me, and i want to know what i would have to do to make it run good. he says itl run fine, but it shuts down after 25-30 minutes. He thinks it may be the coil, but i think its something else. All help is greatly appreciated!

 

How long / what does it take before it will restart?

If it's a heating problem, it could be a coil, HEI switching module, or even ECM.
