Age old question: Whats the best aftermarket intake?!

Transmission: one that has 6 speeds
Which one???
I'm in the market for an intake for my 89 formula 350. stock heads/cam(for now). I dont want a mini-ram or stealth ram. I Dont want a lot of torque loss but I was more Horespower!
I narrowed it down to two setups:
Lingenfelter super ram.
OR
Bigger TPI base with as&m semi-siamessed runners and ported plenum.
