TPI/Vortec intake options & where to get

I am pretty close to building my Vortec/TPI motor and planning to get the intake very soon. I know Scoggin-Dickey sells it but are there any other places that sell it? Is it in the GM Performance Parts catalog? I tried using the part number at gmpartsdirect.com but it shows up as splash guards. Also tried looking under performance parts on the site to find many intakes even a TBI/Vortec one but not TPI.... . Surely someone else has to sell these...I'd think. If anyone has a good used one I'm all ears too .

Their the only people who make TPI vortec intakes so far. I hope the have my vortec motor in and running in 2 weeks. The intake was much better qualitiy out of the box than Edelbrocks IMO.

Edelbrock is selling theirs, but they and SDPC are it right now.

Edelbrock casts SDPC's intake. Not a bad intake, but $$, and I couldn't even run the rear oil pressure sender, it wouldn't clear the intake.

Doing it again, had I not bought the Vortec heads intending to go carbed originally, I'd buy different heads. But thats just my opinion.

I broke down and ordered mine from Scoggin Dickey yesterday.

Now my question is for those who have ordered them, how long did they take to arrive? I'm just hoping since its not the most common intake or part that it doesn't take a month or so to arrive...
