car won't start

ok I changed out my lifters and my injectors. Now my car wont start. I know I have a leak on the left runner where it seals with the upper intake that I'm gonna take care of tomorow, but there is grey smoke that smells like gas fumes. I think its coming from the heads but I'm not sure. I also need to know which vacuum line I have to have hooked up to get it started because the rest I'm just gonna block because right now I don't have enough hose to run. Well anything will help at this point.
thanks
keith

What year engine/ECM? Early cars can run with no vacuum lines connected (all capped). Later cars would need vacuum for a MAP signal to run well.

I already got it fix but thanks. although now I still have the really loud knock that I had before I started. I think it may be my crankshaft, but first I'm gonna change the oil and replace the spark plugs. I'm hoping for a cheap and easy fix plus the plugs need replaced and the oil needs changed anyways. My timing was just way off thats all.
