Remove the intake bellows. Spray the inside of the TB with a carburetor cleaner, and use a small brush to help loosen the deposits if necessary. Manually open the throttle plates to reveal more deposits, and clean around the area of the plates as above. Once it's relatively clean, start the engine. You WILL set an error code, but can deal with that later. Get it running and allow it to idle. While running, spray more cleaner through the IAC air passages and around the throttle plates to help rinse out further deposits. Shut it off, reconnect the bellows and MAF, and restart.

You should have an error dode stored in the ECM from running with no MAF air. You can either operate the vehicle normally and the code will purge after the next 50 run cycles, or you can remove battery power for a few minutes to erase the codes (and BLM data, and radio presets, etc.).
