Why do you want to use an LT1 TB over the original? Is this a screaming deal you got on a larger TB that so happens to be for an LT1?

Yes, it can be done- but do your homework. You may spend more money than it is worth. Pay attention to the throttle arm (it uses a longer cable) and then the EGR passage on back of the TB. Oh yeah- the TPS and IAC use different weather pack connectors.

I don't have anymore LT1 TB's here, but I had a 93 TB and a few 94-97 TB's and the 93 had a provision for the TV cable and I believe the 94-97's didn't.

TPI383, I think you have the 92-93 LT1 TB. If you look at mine, there is no TV cable attachment.
