Replacement vacuum line source?

Swapping my TPI onto my new ZZ4, I broke the original EGR vacuum lines, they were very brittle.
The dealership says they are no longer available...
so what is everbody else using?
Are there retro kits available?

The OEM type hard nylon lines can be found in various colors, sizes, and wall thicknesses from any number of industrial fluidics suppliers. They were in use long before GM started using them, and will likely be in use long after the internal combustion engine (and the requisite vacuum lines) have become a thing of the past.

If you want the easy way out, I recall seeing shorter sections of hard nylon (black only) at some of the chain auto parts stores. It seems that a 10' piece was a few bicks. It can easily be softened in a heated wet sand bath or by heat gun and shaped to whatever angle or bend you require.

The dealership likely no longer handles the OEM pre-formed lines, but you can easily make your own.

I work at a dealership and had the same problem. Just ask the parts guy if He can do a search on the Internet and there should be various dealers that still carry them and he can order it for you from the nearest dealer. Price wise i cant see you paying anymore than 23 bucks for the shipping and part itself.
