Best price for AFR heads?

Hey guys, looking to buy some AFR heads within the next 3 days. I have searched around but it seems the price has gone up a little bit since it was last talked about. Anybody know who sells these heads for the best price? I am looking for the 180cc SBC heads. Thanks.

Did you check out Tenatious Performance? They seemed to have a pretty good price when I bought my 195cc's...

Tenatious Performance

Looks like the 180cc's are $1275 a pair, shipping included. Mine ended up being quite a bit more, since I included the upgraded springs (100 extra) and Intake Gaskets (15 extra), then sadly I had to pay tax since AFR is in California.. some sort of clause where he was just a dealer and I was technically buying from AFR and not him... My total ended up close to $1,550.

They sure do look awesome tho, and we'll see how they run sooner or later.

I don't know what Summit is selling them for, but if you're gonna go with the standard springs and stuff, they will be 1,275 from Tenatious Performance, since you're not in Cali or Jersey. If Summit has better prices, then go for it.

Edit: After looking at Summit's site... i don't see AFR's... Do they actually sell them?

www.strokerkits.com has the 180cc for 1250 with shipping and adperformance told me 1284.00. I will be running a .469/.489 lift cam. So, I think the regular springs will be fine because they can handle up to .550 of lift. However, I do need to get the intake gasket. Does summit sell them? I know Jegs does. I just hate to wait 4 months for these durn thing, I have wanted them for a while but I am in college and money is low but I am now finishing my HSR/AFR project I hope. Thanks for the comment and prices, keep them coming.

From what I have heard everyone is three months out on them. I just got mine from tenacious performance a couple of weeks ago....... They told me it would be the same wait anywhere I ordered them from. They had the best prices I had found at the time ( february 10 ), check them out at www.tenperf.com.
