Motor Mounts

When i pulled my old ones, the nuts have built in washers, and then had washers on top of that. Why is this? I Cant get those other washers on because its so damn hard to get to the bottom of the bolts through the k member..The washer falls off..so is it ok to just use the factory nuts with the built in washers?..and leave the extra washers off?

When I replaced my motor mounts, I just re-used the original bolts and clamshell(mainly because the new ones were just the poly mount, not the clamshell and bolts)
