idle adjustments

Okay, I seem to have no luck getting my warm startup idle speed to come down. My car wants to rev up to around 1800 rpm @ startup and only drop down to 900-1000 in nuetral. My min idle speed is set to 400rpm in drive 450 in park. My tps is new and set perfectly. My SES light does not come on and no codes are present. Is there something I'm misssing? Are there any adjustments that can be performed on the IAC besides min idle speed?

many things can be wrong. Have you driven the car yet? bad cts is another possibility.

Has anyone ever experienced what seems to be slow operation of the IAC. That would be the best way to describe my actual problem. Funny thing is, if I disconnect the under hood fuse for the ECU while the engine is running, when I re-install it and fire up the car it starts perfectly. This only lasts one or two engine starts however. Clearing the ECU does not help, I have tried it more time than I can count!
