Swapped to 730 ecm, now code 44 & 45?

Axle/Gears: 2.77 Borg Warner 9-Bolt
Swapped to 730 ecm, now code 44 & 45?

Exactly as the topic says i swapped to the 730 ecm this winter and now it throws two trouble codes, 44 & 45. I don't understand what could be causeing them, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No ideas? The car starts up and runs fine. I just don't understand why it would throw these codes?
