TBI to TPI help

Finished doing the tbi/tpi swap and the engine wont start. I`ve checked the timing to make sure its not 180 off, checked that it was getting spark. How would I go about checking to see if the injectors are pulsing or what not? Also any other idea`s would be helpfull.

If the brake hose is not connected to the plenum, would that cause it to not start? Also, the map sensor vacumn line, does it need to be a certain size or does it matter?

there are many variables plug up the port on the manifold. And the hose size to the map doesn't matter.
