less restrictive Camaro Intake on Firebird?

Is there a way to make a camaro intake fit on a firebird? I know that the camaro always had a little more HP b/c of it be less restrictive. Did anyone do this?

I don't believe it will fit under the hood of a bird.

Were you talking about the intake manifold or the cold air inlet system???? Because I thought the lower restriction was upstream of the throttle body, not downstream.

the camaro intake is just as restrictive as the firebird..

there is also only 72ci of intake space.. not to mention the neck on the camaro intake is very restictive.. make your own charge air intake... i did, got all my 3" plumers tubing from home depot.. took me about 1 hour and 32$ for the tubing and 40$ for the 6" K&N cone filter.

I have a maf so I would have to make one fit with that. I dont care about all the restricion really. As my car is still stock but for a few dollars I wouldnt mind.

Do you have any pics of yours?
