Fuel pressure changes under load???
I'm gonna check my FP here in a little bit and I was wondering if it's possible to get good numbers while parked, bu different numbers while actually driving.
Second question: Will the FP change as the RPMs increase?
Just trying to know what to look for.

Re: Fuel pressure changes under load???
The TPI regulator is referenced to manifold vacuum, so YES it's normal for the fuel pressure to change with engine load. Just FYI, I would expect that the psi that you set it at (with hose disconnected) will be the same as what you'll observe at WOT.
Not necessarily. Depends on load. If you're talking while at WOT, I would NOT expect the pressure to change at all.

Just to clarify, I think Section means not change at WOT in relation to where you set it.
I/e, engine idling, vacuum line off, you set the FP to 45 PSI, reconnect the line and pressure should be down to 40 or so.
Take it for a drive, cruis/part throttle with little/no load (high vacuum) FP shuold be in the 40 range, nail the throttle, vacuum begins to fall, and FP rises.
