Can you guys tell me where to route these connectors to, bottom side of plenum in the rear.

I"m not 100% on these, but they are all vacuum lines. The large one #1 is usually for large draw items like power brakes or a vacuum distribution thingy.
#2, I'm not sure. May be pollution stuff.
#3 I have connecting to my Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Thanks for the pic. I am making my hand drawn schematic of all the vacuum lines so I understand them and that I have all the parts necessary when I get ready to install everything. Pics always help!

It really doesn't matter where they go, it's all vacuum. Things that require vacuum from the plenum (that I remember, I only have 3 lines remaining on mine) are:
Brake Booster
Fuel Pressure Regulator
MAP sensor
EGR solenoid
Heater control valve
Cruise Control
Brake Booster
Fuel Pressure Regulator
MAP sensor
EGR solenoid
Heater control valve
Cruise Control

I don't think so, the EGR solenoid gets its vacuum from the ported source at the bottom of the throttle body. Since this is a MAF plenum, #1 is the Brake Booster port, #2 goes to a two-way check valve (one output side feeds the HVAC, the other side feeds the cruise control), and #3 is for the fuel pressure regulator. If this was a SD plenum, it would have a #4 which would be for the MAP sensor.
