This is how i plan to fix code 32 (egr), bad gas mileage, power loss, stumbling.

After getting code 32 over and over, bad idle, bad low throttle reponse, smelling gas inside car, and hardly getting 150 miles from a full tank. It was time to start pulling stuff off.

Going to get new sensors and redo some vacuum lines. I am suprised the car still ran ok but i was feeling power loss.

The mat sensor was dirty as heck, the iac real dirty, tps seems ok, and egr was real dirty as well.

I am going to make a delete plate and forget about getting a new egr, so that will let me delete the solenoid and i can just cap off the plenum fittings.

Getting rid of those vac. lines and re routing the other vacuum lines will make install easier and make my engine bay more simple.

Tearing apart my car has been fun and i am still going, ripping out most of the cruise control and the vapor canister stuff as well. its making the enigne bay look real good.

If you are disabling the EGR on an otherwise factory setup, you should seriously consider doing your own tuning and dropping some spark advance out of it at highway speeds and lite tip in cruise areas...

EGR tends to dilute it so it works well with more timing there as orignally intended. Take it away and it tends to knock more and be more prone to it as well

yeah the stupid thing is darn near impossible to see or fix when its all together plus that solenoid is deep in the back, so i am saying bye bye to it all.

yeah right now i need to get everything back together using the stock chip and hope for the best lol.

Wow, with out knowledge of burning your own chips, you better get ready for a nightmare... Also, are you at least going to run a breathable gas cap? You should do some searches on canister and egr to understand the consequuenses of what you are doing.
