Plug reading
What do you think about my plugs?
LH row is LH side with nbr 7 closest in the picture.
I'm fighting a lean and erratic A/F value on LH according to my WBO2..............
On nbr 5,7,8 the porcelain is brown
1,2,3,4,6 the porcelain is white with "one tan/brown" area...

That's terrible.
The readings are all over the place. It looks like you have a valve sealing problem, or the injectors needed flow tested. I'd do a leak down test first to make sure things are sealed up internally. The take a close look at the PCV lines and routing. Then have the injectors done.
It's kind hard to get real accurate from that pic, but some look about bone white, to one that has a black splash on it.
You might try indexing the next set you put in, to make sure there's nothing odd about the manifold/runner combo, and generating some off the wall amount of turbulence in just a few of the cylinders. I've only looked at one set of plugs before your's out of a HSR, and they were well balanced.

I have better pictures I can send If you want to take a closer look?
PCV is gone
free air ventilation
I will put on p/h injectors from racetronix this weekend and they are flow matched.....
I have ordered a IR thermometer so I can check the temp on the headers to compare them...
What do you mean by "indexing" the plugs?
Could it has something to do with "big cam" and low compression combo?

Perfect engine, whether worn badly or fresh, that has good air/fuel distribution will result in 8 equal plugs, whether nice and clean looking or dark and fouled.
Your plugs run the gamut from normal to almost oil/fuel fouled.
what did u do to your pcv system? Convert to a draft tube?
Try running the correct(as close as possible) pcv valve for your apllication and hooking it up according to the factory routing.
Bruce stated all this above.
Also take a real good look at why your plugs are that uneven in appearance. If it isnt an injector problem, its time to go looking into the engine using leak down and compression tests.
U are having issues, whether its valve related or injector related we cant tell u, since we are not there. Check the basics first and proceed from there

Ohm the injectors, stock style should be 12-18 ohms is serviceable.
Are u wored for the peak and hold injectors? I forget the exact number but they should ohm low like 1.2-2ohm or so(didnt double check manual so dont quote me directly here)
Either way, you should see the whole set ohm fairly close together.
U can also pull the fuel rail up and prime the system with the return line blocked and then watch for leaking injectors.
