IAC adjustment? car dies below 800rpm

i have to have my idle in park above 1000rpm so when i put it in drive it drops to around 800rpm. if i have it set any lower the car dies. i am reading the rpm off of my auto x ray scanner, so i know the rpm is correct. i have read over the tech article and it says it should be idling at 650 in park, so something has to be wrong if i cant get it to idle that low. new O2 sensor, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, tps voltage 0.55
also i dont know if this would have effect on it, but my intake is siamesed with as&m LT runners, this is the only modification to the engine.

The inability to idle well is usually the result of insufficient vacuum or an extremely lean idle mixture. The lack of vacuum can be the result of several items, including a camshaft lobe profile with excessive overlap, incorrect valve timing, or umerous or large vacuum leaks. Those vacuum leaks can be caused by a brake booster, sticking EGR valve, PCV leak, significant gasket leak, cracked or misaligned castings, injector 'O' rings missing or damaged, and probably several other items.
