Sounds right to me. A new cat and catback could send you into the 13's.

Holly crap thats a big cam, I would think you would be running low 13's at least. Stock Iroc's run 14.4 ish and with free mods and exhaust work can break into the 13's.

I say you got had on the PCM's for less tuning.

If you are running a stock TPI intake, that cam is like giving an elephant a straw to breath through.... and with the stock exhaust - another straw to $hit out of. (muffelex wants you....and you should want it.)

If those heads are ported and polished, your engine is begging for an LT1/HSR intake, but may have to settle for a SuperRam if you have emissions requirements.

TPI doesn't breath over 4500 rpm~ why do you have a cam with an 1800-5500 rpm power rang? That cam is better than stock, but it doesn't really match your setup. If you running stock TPI, open up the exhaust and intake a bit and welcome 13's. Go with a Ported aftermarket base manifold, AS&M/SLP runners, port your intake, do a good tune up (fuel filter, plugs, wires, ect) and youll be running the better part of low 13's.

What you basically need to do is allow that TPI to breath to 5500 rpm where your max power for the cam is

That 108 LSA is not exactly computer friendly. Like was said above that cam is way to big. Not only for the TPI but the heads. You would do much better with a cam that had about 20 degrees less duration and higher lift. I assume this is a roller cam.
