For your mods I think those are good numbers. Normally the dyno will convert to SAE numbers for consistancy. You are making at the rear wheels about what the car made at the crank when stock.

Someones gonna yell cause I'm going to say it.

Work on the tune if u havent.

MAF tolerates mods better than SD but doenst get u the best from it.

I put down 225 and 315 at the wheels on a stock91 GTA, only "mods" were a catback and 24# inj and my own prom tuning.

Car was smoking hot on the run too, as in 220 deg since the dyno ate the results for the first run and wouldnt record torque

later

I havent worked on the tune at all. I am going to goto a Holley 950 Commander so it'll be easier to work with.

The dyno showed my A/F staying at 11.7-12.0 the entire way. Flat as a board.

A/F should be around 13.0 It may of been flat but the wrong ratio.

Is that the non-HOT standard LT4 cam? I'm curious why you choose that if so, even with the 1.6s that is a very mild cam not much bigger than the standard 350 TPI cam would have been with 1.6s...

Oh, the numbers I have for it peg it at 203/210 duration w/ .476/.479 lift (with 1.6s)

vs the 207/213 dur .415/.430 (be around .445/.460 w/ 1.6s) for the standard 89 350 TPI cam.

So just slightly more lift, negligibly smaller duration, I would be curious to see how the 350 TPI cam would have dynoed in comparison. On the bright side it leaves you plenty of room to improve later if you decide to ever step up the intake, etc...

I want to go with a Holley 950 Commander, HSR, XE276HR. Which heads are where I am stuck. Probably would be better to run the Trick Flow 23's. Mostly for budget reasons.

The Trickflows will do you well. Make sure you get the right version to match your lift. They sell them with three different spring rates. I got the double springs myself.

Stick with the 165 or upgrade to the 730 and spend your money on other things for more worthwhile than the Commander setup

You know, I got into the hold DIY Prom stuff, bought the $500 equipment so I can do it myself from Craig. But at every turn, I am having some sort of a weird problem that doesnt let me actually tune the car. I finally got it to read and made all the adjustments and I went to "Burn" the e-prom and it wouldnt let me. At this point, I was so angry I let the car sit for 6 months and lost all interest in it. The programmer sits in my toolbox at work. I cannot even stand to even look at it.

The way I see it, I have 3 options.

1. Sell Prom burning equipment, Put a 950 Commander in it.
2. Pay someone to do chips for me and just send them the logs.
3. Sell Prom burning equipment and put a carb on it. This is a last resort.

I am sick of the tuning issues I am having with it and dammit, I am going to get them fixed come hell or high water.

What are you running right now, chip wise? I'm not seeing that but assume its a MAF setup?

Engine: A Ford 351 Windsor... ?
Transmission: Dodge 727
Where did the peaks occur (my guess - 4400/3150) - and can you post a graph?

Wow I was way off on the torque peak. I also vote on ditching the Commander setup idea. Take a walk to the DIY Prom section... OEM ECM's are capable of running just about any setup.
