Does anyone have a complete list of lines with the diameters and lengths needed?

What accessories are installed? All original equipment still in place? Are you also curious about the vapor line from the fuel tank?

As a starting point, I'd suggest getting about 3" of 1/2" hose, 12" of 3/8" hose, and a 10' spool of each of the remaining sizes. It will probably be cheaper than having all the loose cuts.

This is from my '86 T/A, and should be close:
