Having some injectors problems...

My car is a '90 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z 5.0L TPI. This year, I had to change my fuel pump. So I did. I believe this was a good time to change the fuel filter too so I did. Took a look at the old piece and it seems still fine. Some months later, my car had some cold start problems, like if some cylinders were not active for few seconds. Now, it's not even starting. So I took off the Tuned Port intake so I could take off the injectors and take a look at them. I tried to start to see if they were operating and not even one of the 8 did! I've connected a Sunbird injector prior to do anything to check if my electrical circuit was alright and it is. So my question is if there's no sand in my tank, everything seems to be fine actually, but could there be some water in my tank. I've remarked that if I filled up my tank, I used to lose some fuel when I was turning. So I guess that water gets in the filler tube. I know I have to change it but can anyone tell me if I have to check anything else. All my tubes are alright excepted this one, my new filter is still clean. Thx
