I have a 350tpi with about 136k on it and every year i fail the emission test do to to much hc coming out of my tail pipe. does anyone now how i can pass this year. my cat converter is about 2 years old I got headers this year with the air system on it i hope it will improve it.

 

Use some E85 in the gass tank and back the timming off. you should be fine. I have no emissions equipment aside from a cat and i fast passed the IL sniffer about a month ago.
