if i put it to the floor itll hit about 190 rpm :/

itll catch up but its scary itll make a pop noise in the intake then zooooommm to the rpm the gas was sposed to be, i just replaced the relays for the maf if i unplug it the throttle responds nicely....the idle is just rough

A maf problem will trigger a code and a check engine light. Any vacuum leaks? Have you worked on the motor lately? Timing ok? Check the basics first, especially if you don't have a light on.

If you have a vacuum leak that is most likely your problem. Your getting "unmonitored" air throwing the idle off. What code is it?
