Will this setup work?

Will this setup work?
Well i just purchased a TPI setup off of a 305 to throw on one of my 350s.
I plan on doing a fair bit of work on the TPI setup as far as porting the base and siamesing(sp?) the runners and whatnot.
Im just wondering if i have to either burn a PROM or have one made for either one of these setups.
Engine1:
350 block
305 heads
10:1 CR
Edelbrock performer cam
Headers
Engine2:
350 block
smogger 882 heads
8:1 CR
Comp xe262 cam
headers
Im guessing that TPI wont like either one of those cams even with tuning...
