Where is the MAF Burn-off relay?

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42 Posi
Where is the MAF Burn-off relay?
I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this,
but it is keeping me from passing smog.
I have error code 36. Its probable cause is this relay.
If someone could post a picture of where it's located and
anything else you think might help, I would appreciate it.

Engine: a loud one
Transmission: bolted to the engine
