bout how much power will i make @ the rear wheels with my combo in sig and also what kinda et's should i expect? 1/8 or 1/4

 

You left out alot of specs but I would think 215-230 RWHP and 290-320 ft/lbs

 

What's a "Small cam" and what are "Cleaned up heads?"

That's like my asking people here "How many fingers I'm holding up?"

 

My best with a stock 350 car on a dyno with the car smoking hot was:

225hp

315ft lbs

Mods are catback, 24# SVO and my own tuning.

So if the chip is competent, you should be able to beat that with a small cam and cleaned up/pocket ported heads.

the heads have had soemk prt work done just to debur the runners along with the lower intake. for the cam the previous owner told me that when he had the engine rebiult that they put in a cam that was just slightly bigger than stock. hell it might be stock for all i know. the guy has been honest about everything else on the car.
