what cam for vortech heads and custom chip

im looking for a hyd. roller cam for a 355 with vortech heads and base, stock plenum, runners, and throttlebody, 9-9.5:1 c.r.,

if needed, i will have a chip burned by FASTchip or someone to the specs.

my converetr is a holeshot 2400(which i only get about 1800 against the brakes, and maybe 2100 flash stall.)

also, i would use a hyd. flat tappet cam if theres one that suits this particular setup well.
thanks for any advice

first off, save yourself and don't go flat-tappet. - stick w/ the roller. - secondly, no mail-order chip can be burned perfectly for any cam. The chip doesn't know/compensate for cam size. - now the goods. If you're sticking w/ a stock base, runners, and plenum w/o any major porting, look for something around 210-220 duration(no more) and around 480 lift. You'll want around a 112 centerline for an efi car. unless you try to go larger than this(pointless w/ stock LTR components) you shouldn't really have any major problems w/ a stock chip/tune. - It won;t be ideal, but it'll work...
