rich and low idle

rich and low idle
hey guys, i just got done my cam swap, along with the head and intake work and i have one question...
my idle is very rich, and the idle will gradually go down to 600 in park at idle after about 30 seconds of running, ive messed with the fuel pressure and nothing has changed. . timing is at
6 with est disconnected. Is this an iac problem?? the car had a custom chip made for it, could it be something to do with the chip?? the car is also throwing no trouble codes. any input would be good. thanks
