how do i adjust afpr

i need to know which way i turn the screw on my adjustable fuel pressure regulator does torning it in increase or decrease fuel pressure?this thing is a real pain in the butt to adjust you have to take the plenum off to get to the bolt i dont think that is a very good design please let me know so i can finish my car it jumps between 80 and 100 at idle so i know i have to decrease it thanks chuck

Turning it in, increases it. If you cut the screw down shorter, you can access it with the plenum on with an 8 mm wrench. (IIRC, its an 8mm). If you are using a gauge, as you should be, you can look at the pressure as you turn it.
