Need a Cam, but hear me out first.

Combo is "now" a 383, MR, TF Heads, 219 Cam. Will the 219 cam work. I just got done selling my LTR setup. With the LTR setup, I had too much torque. So I got the MR at a good price and got it. People will say why not the SR? I had that. I had a hell of a time using my STB and it was a PITA to install. It also rubbed on my wiper motor making a hole in the plastic. I sold that. People say why not a HSR. Its cause I want to use my STB still AND I do not want to cut my FB hood. I also enjoy my S10 converter. I had a 2600 in my car before but I just didnt like that I had to be on the gas most of the time to idle around. Should I try this out? or should I move to the 218/224 XFI cam or maybe something a tad more but still retain my stockish stall (Thats the kicker)

219 cam was VERY streetable with stock stall. At the track I could not stall it up because I would go up in smoke. It was still pulling 1.8's off a 675 idle.

You may want a bit more duration to take advantage of the MR's topend it will give.
