New to the wold of Horse Power?

I am new to the world of HP. I have started a complete restoration project ( 63 Nova 2dr). I am now in the engine stage but I'm confuse and in desperate help.
Here are my engine Spec...
Block 4 bolt main. Refresh with a .040 over bore.
5.0 Heads 66cc
Stock Crank
Trans 350 Turbo stalconverter
Rear-end from 89 GTA Trans AM gear are 342
Factory Intake and TPI items from a 88 Z-28

I want to optimize the power of the TPI system and of the engine. The car is going to be a daily driver but with attitude.
If you guys can tell me what set-up would help me get to or closer to 350hp at the rear wheels I would appreciated.

What Component should I buy
Cam
Valve
Runners
anything that would benefit the project, please let me know.

Since you don't have to worry about smog, i would get a stealth ram. That will give you more power than any intake or runner swap. Then get a set of heads, i like the trick flow heads, a cam, and full exhaust. That will give you probably 350 at the wheels. You'll also be streetable with something like a zz9 cam. You'll also have to learn to tune that ecm or have someone do it for you.

Car: 1987 IROC-Z Camaro
Engine: 5.7 350 TPI - SLP Runners, AFPR, MSD Goodies
Transmission: 700R4 - Shift Kit, Corvette Servo
Axle/Gears: BW 9 bolt, 3.27s
350 rwhp on TPI will take lots of time, work and tuning

ZZ4 cam (very streetable)
AFR or Trickflow heads
9.5:1 compression
Edelbrock Lower intake
SLP runners ported
Ported Plenum
1 3/4' headers
True Duals if possible
Upgraded Igniton and Fuel Systems
Ed Wright Tune

Not really for horsepower, but they help TPI significantly:
3.5x gears
Bigger Cooling fans
A good flowing "cold" intake
