87 iroc z28 valve springs

could anyone tell me what the stock valve springs are good for such as lift... the engine is the 5.7 with tpi

Axle/Gears: 3.27

460 lift i have put it to the test at 474/510 and 495/510 both cams were installed for a year or so

why chance a motor when you can buy the LT1/Z28 springs/retainers/locks for about $40? they're good to 510 lift.
also, age alone they outta be replaced.
