89 Iroc-z running wierd

Ok here is the deal I was driving to my friends house and my car was running perfect and I come and start my car and it is hesitating like crazy. but still has a little bit of power. I was wondering what should I check to see what would make the car do this.

Check fuel press. Fuel filter may be getting dirty.

Ok I did some checks and I am throwing code 21 and 22 i checked my tps and it was at .54 volts but the signal was at 5.02 volts. How can you tell if your computer took a dump on you?

I think if it gave you codes , it's fine . So what are the 21 and 22 codes mean for you ?
