What type of valve guides?
im picking out a set of heads and most ive ran across have bronze valve guides in them. ive just been reading about the bronze guides not lasting as long as other materials. if this is true, what type of material should i get instead?
FWIW im looking at getting the Patriot performance heads but they have the bronze guides in them.
*EDIT*take a look here. scroll most of the way down to teh FAQ section..

Bonze is my first choice. I think they are the best.
You'll notice that pretty much ALL quality aftermarket heads out there will come with bronze guides.
LS1 heads come with bronze guides from the factory.
