Which IAC valve?

Hi all,

I ordered an IAC valve and to my amazement, two IAC valves arrived in the mail both with different part numbers. The first is 17112193 and the second is 25527077. Given that this is for a 1989 TPI engine then I want the 17112196 IAC.

But I have a wee problem. I made the mistake of having them both out of their boxes at the same time and now I've mixed them up and don't know which box they came from! One of the IACs has 90513 J3163 written on the side of it, a gray looking spindle and has green thread sealer. The other one has 59519 J0614 written on it, a golden spindle and no thread sealer.

Which IAC is which?

Not really, but I think I figured it out for myself. I should have said earlier. I looked at the old IAC valve I had and one row of the numbers matched up with one of the new IACs. So I took a punt and installed it. I guess I'll find out in a month or two when I start the engine if I got it right or not.
