Half power to fuel pump need help!!!!

Alright I have access to the fuel pump. I checked the wire that sends direct power to the pump and my test light has a faint light too it like the pump doesn't have enough power to it. I was wondering if anyone can give me the exact locations of the relays on the car. I want to check the power going in and out of the relays. If there is anything that anyone knows that will help me out I would give great thanks. I have a 87 TPI 350. Please help soon I am working on it right now!

Relays should be on the drivers side firewall to the right (outside) of the brake booster.

Is there a chance that one of the relays are bad?

I did some checking and it looks like the fuel pump relay is the center one of the three on the drivers side of the firewall. If you are standing infront ofthe car looking at the engine bay, the on to the farthest right will be the MAF relay, th next one to the left if the fuel pump relay and the farthest left on is th MAF burn off relay. I would test or replace the relay (they arent very expensive IIRC) and if that isnt it, its probably a bad ground somewhere or a shorted wire. You are checking the power wire before the pump right?
Here is a pic of the fuel pump wireing diagram.

Hope that helps.
