Where to get accel variable injector controller?

Where to get accel variable injector controller?
Just for the heck of it because I can get the thermocouples and readers for free, I thought I would individually tune the injectors to balance out the F/A ratio to all my cylinders.
Problem is I had the Accel VIC in mind for this but cant seem to find where to buy one. Year one has one for $460 http://www.yearone.com/serverfiles/h...p?hid=G13AA102
But I was hoping for cheaper than that.
Also, This controler is advertised as working not only with accel's gen 6 system but also with our stock batch-fire GM computers. What is involved in cutting this system in?

Do some more research.
I know someone else makes something similiar.
He has a LT1 car however but I'm sure with a little rewiring it would be fine.
Usually has some small adds in magazines as well.
