L03 TBI to 350 TPI Swap Harness HELP

I'm swapping my '89 RS L03 out for a 350 TPI Speed Density setup. I have a harness from a TPI motor and need some help. It has been cut and I have a few pictures and need to know where these ends go. This is my first engine pull and I finally got the old motor out today. Now I have just bout everything I need. I'm trying to reroute the old harness out to make room for the new harness. Looks like I have to take off the passenger side fender well to do so though.

picture one is the TPS and IAC sensor but something has been cut off also, and purple, yellow, and green wire.

picture 2 has the knock sensor and starter attachments, but something else has been cut off.

picture three is what I have to fight throught the firewall I guess. The ALDL, and ECM attachments look good but again wires have been cut.

I also have the alternator wires but they have been cut from the main harness also, I see a small white wire, a small black wire, amd I larger white wire where it was cut off.

Please look through the pictures and post what you can, if you have any help or ideas. Thank you -

I had the same problem with my swap. I found the easiest way was to get the harness in the car and layed out and then lay the old harness out to. Alot of the connectors for sensors are the same for both harness, or the cut wire may sit close enough to were it goes that you may be able to guess were it goes. Of course mine still does not run and I am going to be buying a new harness soon to take care of this, but i had a lot more wires to repair, the entire driverside bulkhead connector was gone when i got mine. If the main connectors like that one and the three ECM connectors afre ok you should be able to repair it. I could not pull up the pictures for some reason so i could not get a good look. If I can I will try to check again this weekend and look at my harness for you.
