need help with getting my T/A running

ok i got my 90 gta at home from where i bought and i go to start it and nothing it doesnt roll over doesnt even make a sound but all the power comes in the car as i was looking under the hood today i seen that someone has cut a bunch of the wiring i have pics below of what they cut

The wiring near the battery doesn't look like factory work. I'd guess it may be the power that originally went to the ECM/fuel pump fuseholder.

Get a manual, and start tracing wires, and/or start looking at these liknks for diagrams:
