Yeah i'm sure this has been asked before.But I couldn't really find what I was looking for by searching, so where can i Buy a good custom chip for my car, and also before I buy it I would like to check that I don't already have one.Because the guy I bought the car from said it had a "performance chip" how would I check would the chip look any different then the stock one?

It can look completely stock, to the naked eye. There's a few reputable guys that do it, and offer guarentees too. Just do a search and they should pop up.
