I asked awhile back how to install a completely assembled engine. The safest way I found was to fab a couple of plates that mount to the exhaust manifold mounting surface.
The plates use straps and are designed to clear the rockers and the runners.

Thats a pretty innovative idea. Has the engine been put in the car yet? If so, how did the install go?
