Track Times

Well I was out to the drag strip a few weeks ago and Im not impressed with my times. My best was a 14.571 at 95 MPH. I think I might have some brakes hanging up though, Im getting a vibration in the front end from time to time and the rotors get quite warm. Also at my last burnout when I let off of the brake the pedal came back real slow. Im not sure if I might have a bad injector also. When I am going slow it has a noticable chugging problem which was there before I did any mods and more noticable after I did the work listed below. I plan on taking it in next week and getting it checked over and try to find out why it is running so slow. I ended up losing to a mustang that a guy at work has which I thought I would kill. So I plan on getting it checked over before I bring it to the strip again. Also I plan on getting a AFPR, descreening my MAf and a few other things so I dont lose again. I know I need to get into tuning, I have all the stuff to do it but my laptop just to a dumb so that will have to wait until I can get it fixed. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. THANKS

With the mods in your sig, you should be running in the mid 13 second area. I wouldn't doubt that you need a tune badly. Your A/F ratio is prob way out of whack. As for the shudder, mine does it also, but 20 year old stock suspension is going to do that. As for the injectors, its fairly common for one of those to crap out over time. I would suggest getting them cleaned, it makes a good difference. Your times also depend on posi/gears/tire size.
