Best place to buy a new MAF?

I need a new MAF. I'm looking for used also but I posted that in the classifieds. I've found a new Granetellii for around 300 bucks, are these the only ones produced anymore?

I shorted out the battery to ground and blew the auxiliary ground wire in half. When I hooked everything back up, the car just didn't act right at light-mid throttle. I'd get surging and the trans was shifting at the wrong time. I swapped out my MAF with a friends and it cleared right up.

I bought a part from Oreillys by A1cardonne. It works pretty well, i dont trust Wells or GP Sorenson parts on this car. IMO of course.
