anyone know the cfm on a stock 91 z28 305?

its like 650-750 i believe

like i said 650-750 on a tb with no maf its probably closer to the 750.

if your car cdame equiped with one (which it doesnt) than yes it needs to be there. 85-89 tpi motors were equiped with a mass air flow sensor(maf). 90-92 tpi motors were equiped with what is called a speed density system , this setup utilizes a map(manifold absolute pressure, i beleive this is what it stands for) and they have no need for a maf and thats probaby why they make 5 more horse power because the maf sensor restricts air flow a little.
